Software Engineer
SysOps Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across Linux-based environments using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Automate deployment pipelines and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes, monitoring health and scaling resources as needed.
- Implement robust security controls, including IAM policies, network segmentation, and vulnerability scanning.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root cause analysis to improve reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and support continuous delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SysOps or DevOps roles, managing production environments.
- Strong proficiency with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM) and infrastructure as code tools.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
