Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of Lattice OS across multiple defense platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing hardware and software stacks.
- Lead a cross‑functional team to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain real‑time 3D command and control workflows.
- Collaborate with AI and data science teams to refine machine‑learning models that drive situational awareness and decision support.
- Implement rigorous security protocols and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with defense‑grade standards.
- Develop and deliver training materials and support documentation for end‑users and technical staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading support and integration of complex, real‑time systems in a defense or high‑security environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lattice OS or comparable AI‑powered operating systems.
- Expertise in 3D visualization, data streaming, and AI model deployment.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
