QA Engineer
Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation and integration solutions for identity governance, IT service management, and related enterprise platforms using Python, PowerShell, and SaaS APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, access management, and identity lifecycle across IGA and ITSM platforms.
- Build and support integrations between SaaS applications such as ServiceNow, Okta, and Azure AD using REST APIs and scripting languages.
- Create and manage operational scripts and tools (Python, PowerShell) to streamline service desk processes and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation reliability.
- Document solutions, maintain version control, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Requirements
- Strong development experience with Python and PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Hands‑on experience integrating SaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Okta, Azure AD) via RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for process improvement and scaling enterprise systems.
