Software Engineer
Provide technical support for SaaS‑based sales performance solutions, diagnosing and resolving SQL and web‑application issues for customers across the globe, while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SQL queries and web‑application errors reported by SaaS customers.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to reproduce issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and logs to proactively detect and address potential issues.
- Provide clear, timely communication to customers, translating technical details into actionable solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting SQL databases and web‑based SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and ability to write and optimize queries.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑centric attitude and strong written/oral communication in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in a remote, fast‑paced environment and using ticketing/monitoring tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
