Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex SQL and web application issues for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Document root causes, workarounds, and best practices in internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response for critical production incidents.
- Provide proactive support by monitoring system health and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support experience with SQL databases and web applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting SQL queries, database performance, and web server logs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SaaS environments and remote support tools.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
