Support Engineer (Night Shift) delivering 24/7 technical support for cloud‑based ERP solutions, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring high availability for enterprise customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for cloud‑based ERP applications during night shift hours, resolving incidents and service requests.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues involving database, integration, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement root‑cause fixes and preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed incident documentation, knowledge base articles, and post‑mortem reports.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and 24/7 support coverage to meet SLA commitments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ERP support or related technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database technologies (SQL).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid night‑shift availability and willingness to travel for on‑site support as needed.
