About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported via ticketing system, covering hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
- Provide first‑line support to internal users and external partners, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Maintain and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance, and proactively address potential issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and scripting (Python or Bash).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
