Support Engineer focused on Azure Cloud Platform & Infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of integration and document services through incident management, SLA adherence, and DevOps practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support for Azure-based integration and document service platforms, troubleshooting incidents and ensuring rapid resolution.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation across cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain and improve service level agreements (SLAs), reporting on uptime, incident trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for critical incidents, documenting findings and driving preventive actions.
- Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization for Azure resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Azure Cloud environments, including virtual machines, App Services, and networking components.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools.
- Hands‑on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
