As a Support Engineer (APAC) at supabase, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and customer success to our customers in the APAC region. You will work closely with our engineering team to resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of supabase products and services.
- Identify and report customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer success.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with machine learning and data analysis a plus.
