As a Support Engineer for the AMER region, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Americas, providing timely and effective technical assistance and troubleshooting for our customers. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, escalating issues to internal teams as needed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. You will also be responsible for documenting and sharing knowledge with the support team to improve our overall support processes and procedures.
