Software Engineer
Provide technical support for AI‑driven automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with development teams to ensure reliable, scalable services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to AI models, automation workflows, and associated cloud services.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Linux‑based environments hosting machine‑learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate and support REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
- Implement and manage AWS resources (EC2, S3, Lambda) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, create knowledge‑base articles, and provide guidance to internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python programming and machine‑learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, testing, and integration.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
