Support Analyst responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining a high‑availability web platform using JavaScript, SQL, and AWS services. Works closely with development and operations teams to resolve incidents and improve platform reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents affecting the web platform, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and implement proactive alerts using AWS CloudWatch and related tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs, provide detailed bug reports, and verify fixes.
- Maintain and update documentation for incident procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and 24/7 support cycles to provide timely incident response.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web platform support or operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
