Software Engineer
Design and optimize end‑to‑end supply networks for semiconductor test equipment, leveraging SAP IBP, data analytics, and network modeling to ensure cost‑effective, on‑time delivery of components.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply network models to support production planning and inventory strategies.
- Analyze demand, capacity, and lead‑time data to identify bottlenecks and recommend network redesigns.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to align network changes with business goals.
- Utilize SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and other analytics tools to run scenario simulations and forecast impacts.
- Prepare clear documentation and presentations for senior management on network performance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply network design, network optimization, or related supply chain roles.
- Proficiency with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems and strong Excel/data‑analysis skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience with scenario‑based modeling.
- Effective communication and project‑management skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
