As a Supply Chain HR Coordinator - Day, you will play a critical role in supporting the supply chain team with HR-related activities. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with the supply chain leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to the supply chain team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain HR-related reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the supply chain leadership team to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain leaders, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
