Software Engineer
Analyze and optimize supply chain data, develop dashboards, and support decision‑making using SQL, Python, Tableau and SAP within a high‑volume healthcare environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate supply chain data from ERP systems, vendors and internal sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor inventory, procurement, and logistics performance.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and generate actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Design data models and automate data pipelines using SQL and Python scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or large‑scale operations setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
