Supply Chain Administrative Support Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrative Support Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the supply chain team, including data analysis, inventory management, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office. Experience with supply chain management and inventory management is a plus. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, including data analysis and inventory management.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to support supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory management and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
