About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operations research plans to support Air Mobility Command’s strategic objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with installation and functional area partners to integrate analytical insights into operational planning and execution.
- Serve as the senior technical authority for the Directorate of Analyses, Assessments, and Lessons Learned, shaping analytical vision and methodology.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive analytical and supervisory experience in a defense or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, simulation, and data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
