Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development, integration, and support of GIS and database solutions for intelligence and targeting activities.
- Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for operational decision‑making.
- Manage a team of analysts and system engineers, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with inter‑agency partners to define system requirements, develop custom reports, and implement data visualizations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data governance standards, and federal regulations governing law‑enforcement information.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS) and relational databases (SQL) in a law‑enforcement or intelligence environment.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python for data processing and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to create actionable data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience supervising technical staff.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
