About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of system administrators, setting priorities and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Linux and Windows Server environments, including virtualization platforms.
- Implement and enforce security policies, patch management, and compliance standards across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with platform services and operations teams to design scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automating routine tasks and optimizing resource utilization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration with a strong background in Linux and Windows Server.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a technical team.
- Hands‑on expertise with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
