Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of IT professionals in the maintenance and enhancement of Windows and IIS-based web applications.
- Develop and enforce information security policies, ensuring compliance with DoD and Navy standards.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental projects to integrate new technologies and improve system resilience.
- Provide technical guidance on infrastructure upgrades, patch management, and incident response.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows server administration and IIS web services.
- Strong background in information security, including risk assessment and vulnerability management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSE, or equivalent) preferred.
