About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nonsupervisory IT staff, ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic and capital planning initiatives, including investment control and resource allocation.
- Lead workforce planning efforts to forecast staffing needs and optimize talent deployment.
- Create and maintain policies, standards, and procedures that support IT operations and compliance.
- Oversee auditing processes and information assurance programs to safeguard data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate knowledge management practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of IT planning frameworks, capital budgeting, and workforce analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in policy development, auditing, and information assurance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
