About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate IT security, hardware, and software support for the Office of Inspector General.
- Lead incident response and vulnerability management initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into new and existing IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT security and support experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and incident response frameworks.
- Experience managing hardware and software lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
