About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise a multidisciplinary IT team, providing guidance on service delivery, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps, evaluating emerging solutions and aligning them with health infrastructure objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, data protection standards, and ITIL best practices across all services.
- Oversee cloud migration and integration initiatives, optimizing performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management and supervisory roles within a large, complex organization.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern data architecture concepts.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
