Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end program lifecycle for enterprise IT solutions supporting consular operations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Implement Agile and project management best practices to deliver high‑quality, scalable applications.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
- Engage stakeholders across the Bureau to gather requirements and communicate progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT program management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale enterprise applications in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, IT governance, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
