Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce IT governance frameworks and cybersecurity standards across the Cyberspace Capabilities Center.
Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and stakeholders.
Analyze emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape policy and innovation roadmaps.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive IT leadership experience in a complex, mission‑critical environment.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Excellent project management skills with proven ability to deliver large‑scale initiatives.
Effective communicator with experience presenting to senior executives.
