Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and enforce information technology policies, standards, and guidelines to support mission-critical operations.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, translating organizational goals into actionable IT roadmaps and resource allocations.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with DoD directives and safeguarding network integrity.
- Manage cloud migration and integration projects, coordinating with service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of IT specialists, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in policy development and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Eligibility for security clearance as required by Department of Defense regulations.
