Key Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a team of Information Systems Security Professionals, ensuring effective implementation of INFOSEC controls across multiple contractor sites.
- Develop and enforce technical security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies in alignment with federal regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, audits, and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate security requirements into system design and deployment.
- Prepare and present detailed security reports to senior leadership, highlighting compliance status and risk posture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in information security, information assurance, and cybersecurity operations.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams in a regulated environment.
- Deep knowledge of technical controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, DoD).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
