Software Engineer
Lead IT operations overseeing network, server, and endpoint environments, driving planning, deployment, testing, and Tier‑3 support while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the design, installation, configuration, testing, and rollout of network and server infrastructure across the organization.
- Provide Tier‑3 troubleshooting and support for desktop, mobile, and printer endpoints, ensuring rapid resolution of complex issues.
- Manage virtualization platforms and oversee the performance, capacity planning, and security of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Coordinate with architecture teams to align infrastructure projects with enterprise IT strategy and business objectives.
- Lead a technical team, mentor staff, and enforce best practices for change management, incident response, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure and server administration, including virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching protocols.
- Proven ability to deliver Tier‑3 support and resolve complex technical problems in a large‑scale environment.
- Experience leading technical teams, managing projects, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Microsoft MCSE, or VMware VCP are preferred.
