About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end quality processes for electrical thermal solutions, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems, analyzing data to identify trends and root causes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies, reducing defects and enhancing process efficiency.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams for product design reviews, change control, and supplier quality management.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, preparing for audits and maintaining documentation integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably in thermal or electrical systems.
- Proficiency in SPC, Minitab, or similar statistical tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide multidisciplinary teams.
