Experienced consultant to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Marketing within SAP S/4HANA Cloud (GROW), partnering with talent acquisition and HR leaders to enhance hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and workforce planning.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant to support SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in talent acquisition processes, recruiting operations, candidate experience, and SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration.
This role will work closely with Talent Acquisition teams, HR leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to design and deploy modern recruiting solutions that improve hiring efficiency, candidate engagement, and workforce planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions.
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.

Design recruiting processes aligned with SAP best practices and business requirements.
Support end-to-end implementation activities from design through go-live and hypercare.
Analyze current talent acquisition processes and recommend future-state improvements.
Advise clients on recruiting transformation strategies and candidate experience optimization.
Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration workbooks, and business documentation.
Ensure recruiting processes support organizational growth and workforce planning objectives.
Collaborate with integration teams to support connections between Recruiting, Employee Central, onboarding solutions, and third-party platforms.
Support integration with job boards, assessment providers, background screening vendors, and HR systems.
Assist with data migration, validation, testing, and reconciliation activities.
Participate in system integration testing and end-to-end process validation.
Develop test scripts and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and post-go-live support.
Assist with adoption and change management activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting consulting experience.
