Drive customer success for SAP Academy participants by designing and executing tailored success plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and leveraging SAP solutions and data insights to ensure adoption and measurable business outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own end‑to‑end success plans for Academy customers, aligning milestones with business objectives and SAP solution roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including consulting, sales, and product specialists—to deliver on‑boarding, training, and adoption activities.
- Monitor progress through data‑driven KPIs, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions to ensure target outcomes.
- Facilitate regular executive and stakeholder reviews, presenting insights, value metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of SAP Activate and Agile best practices throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP consulting, solution implementation, or related technical project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and deliver results in a hybrid (remote/on‑site) environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to track adoption, usage, and business impact.
- Hands‑on knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud) and familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
