About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute success plans for assigned SAP Academy clients, ensuring adoption of SuccessFactors modules and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, implementation, support) to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing value realization.
- Analyze usage data, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, coordinating resolution and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients and internal teams on best practices and new features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the enterprise software or SAP ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and driving measurable outcomes.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
