Lead the design, integration, and validation of complex automotive subsystems, driving safety, performance, and connectivity across vehicle platforms using advanced software and embedded technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the integration of vehicle subsystems, ensuring seamless interaction between hardware, firmware, and software components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration requirements, test plans, and validation strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of automated test suites, continuous integration pipelines, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive the resolution of integration issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices in systems engineering and integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive systems integration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of embedded software, real‑time operating systems, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Agile development processes and cross‑disciplinary teamwork.
