Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design‑to‑construction issues on site.
• Oversee layout, excavation, formwork, and steel erection, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting to maintain project milestones.
• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM tools to update models, track changes, and facilitate collaboration across disciplines.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of on‑site construction experience, preferably in bridge or large‑scale building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and surveying instruments.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
