About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of bridge projects from conceptual design to construction completion, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including design engineers, contractors, and consultants, to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Develop and review structural calculations, design drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in bridge design and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of AASHTO, AISC, and local bridge design codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
