About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary structural engineering group, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Lead design reviews, code compliance checks, and client presentations for high‑profile, complex projects nationwide.
- Collaborate with BIM, architectural, and civil teams to integrate structural solutions into broader project scopes.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, leveraging AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry tools.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet client expectations and firm standards.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Structural Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in structural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi‑disciplinary teams on large‑scale projects.
