About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and review of substation, transmission, and renewable energy structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide strategic guidance and engineering oversight across multidisciplinary project teams, fostering best practices and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, facilitating knowledge transfer and professional growth.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver on schedule, scope, and budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Act as a recognized technical authority, representing the organization in client meetings, technical reviews, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with extensive experience in power infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in substation, transmission, and renewable energy design, including familiarity with modern software tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring and influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative, cost‑effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project sites and client engagements.
