Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI engineers to design training datasets focused on strategic planning and business analysis scenarios.
- Develop and refine prompts and evaluation metrics to improve model performance in decision‑making tasks.
- Conduct iterative testing, provide feedback, and document insights to guide model fine‑tuning.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating technical results into actionable business strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AI advancements and industry best practices to inform training content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a strategy consultant or in a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, especially large language models and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, able to manage a flexible, remote work schedule and deliver high‑quality results within deadlines.
