Lead cross‑functional analytics initiatives to optimize the customer journey, leveraging Python, SQL, Tableau and rigorous A/B testing to drive measurable improvements in ticketing and event experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle for customer experience initiatives, from hypothesis framing to data collection, analysis, and insight delivery.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to test product changes, pricing strategies, and engagement features.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards in Tableau that track key performance indicators across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable product roadmaps.
- Present findings to senior leadership, articulating impact, risks, and next steps with clear, data‑driven storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles within a high‑growth tech or e‑commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Hands‑on experience designing and running A/B tests, including statistical significance calculations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
