About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for high‑value merchant accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing adoption of the omnichannel commerce suite.
- Architect and troubleshoot complex payments and API integrations, collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Develop and deliver customized technical roadmaps, product demos, and best‑practice workshops that align with merchants’ business goals.
- Analyze usage data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, upsell SaaS features, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Advocate merchant feedback internally, influencing product enhancements and prioritization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering within SaaS or payments ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of payments processing, API design, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and drive adoption of complex software solutions.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data‑driven account planning.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
