Strategic Risk Analyst, Behavioral & Psychological Risk

We are seeking a Strategic Risk Analyst to join our team at openai. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating behavioral and psychological risks associated with our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and risk management, as well as a solid understanding of behavioral science and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify behavioral and psychological risks associated with our products and services.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into product development and service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain risk models and statistical analyses to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as behavioral science, statistics, or data science.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
