Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic technical roadmaps for AI data projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company vision.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineers, data scientists, and annotators—to deliver high‑quality datasets on time and within scope.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications and progress reports.
- Implement Agile processes, track milestones, mitigate risks, and continuously improve project workflows.
- Oversee quality assurance of annotated data, leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance accuracy and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in AI, machine learning, or data‑intensive environments.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive results in fast‑paced, startup settings.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, data annotation workflows, and related tooling.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, project planning tools, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
