In this Role, you’ll get to:
Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing hotel partners).
Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country
Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.
Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.
Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.
Maintains meaningful & high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction a quarter.
Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner.
Is capable of handling both input and output KPIs and achieves their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or account management
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders
Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred
Ability to conv ince senior stakeholders with insight from data and problem-solving skills
Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
Proven success in acquiring, building & maintaining long term customer relationships
Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to create new, innovative ideas , and drive workstream to create impact from those ideas.
Strong Proficiency in English and Thai
