Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) and associated retail technology platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Provide advanced end‑user support, managing escalations and delivering timely resolutions to store and corporate staff.
Lead incident response efforts, coordinating cross‑functional teams to resolve outages and minimize revenue impact.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing system configurations, processes, and automation to enhance reliability.
Mentor and guide support staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and proactive problem solving.
Collaborate with IT strategy teams to align retail technology initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience managing POS and retail technology environments.
Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills in a high‑availability context.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring teams.
