About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine steel rollforming techniques for modular residential components.
- Integrate robotic systems with CNC fabrication to automate production workflows.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in steel fabrication, rollforming, or similar manufacturing processes.
- Hands‑on expertise with robotics programming and CNC machine operation.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI or machine‑learning tools for design optimization.
