Stakeholder Engagement Specialist Security Clearance - Booz Allen Hamilton

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans that align digital transformation goals with senior leadership priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and status updates to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables to keep transformation projects on schedule.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable digital solutions, providing recommendations to senior decision‑makers.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and manage sensitive information in accordance with clearance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, or related roles within digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presentation and briefing skills.
• Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one) and familiarity with handling classified information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
