QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end test automation for complex web applications, designing reusable frameworks, driving quality metrics, and mentoring junior testers on the morning shift.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java‑based test automation frameworks using Selenium and related tools.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define test strategies, coverage, and quality gates.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and reliable releases.
- Mentor and coach junior testers, fostering best practices in test design, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation, with strong Java and Selenium expertise.
- Proven track record building scalable test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and test frameworks (TestNG/JUnit).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of performance testing, API testing, or mobile automation is a plus.
