About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including domain controllers, file services, and virtualization platforms.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services to support a secure, high‑availability environment.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting of system health and security events.
- Implement security hardening measures, conduct vulnerability assessments, and enforce compliance with top‑secret clearance standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, plan capacity, and execute system upgrades and migrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering Windows Server environments in a high‑security context.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including hardening, patch management, and incident response.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
- Valid Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
