Staff Technical Writer

We're seeking a Staff Technical Writer to join our team and help us create high-quality technical content that showcases our products and services. As a Staff Technical Writer, you will be responsible for writing and editing technical documentation, user guides, and other content that helps our customers understand and use our products effectively.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to understand our products and services, and develop content that is accurate, clear, and engaging. Your writing will be used in a variety of formats, including online help systems, user manuals, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit technical documentation, user guides, and other content to help customers understand and use our products effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand our products and services, and develop content that is accurate, clear, and engaging.
• Develop and maintain a style guide for our technical content to ensure consistency and quality.
• Work with designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly content.
• Conduct research and interviews to gather information and insights for content development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Experience working with content management systems and version control software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
