About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end technical programs for semiconductor hardware development, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including design, verification, test, and manufacturing—to deliver milestones on time and within budget.
- Implement Agile and program‑management frameworks to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, resource plans, and status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate technical reviews, design reviews, and decision‑making forums, driving consensus across diverse engineering groups.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex hardware or semiconductor programs, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies and advanced program‑management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing senior engineers, product managers, and external partners.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor design, verification, and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
